  • Review and explain the mortgage process and related forms including the mortgage commitment letter.

  • Coordinate and attend the closing.
  • Review the closing documents including the HUD Settlement Statement.
  • Prepare and file Buyer’s Massachusetts Declaration of Homestead Affidavit.
